Docker 17.06 with multi-stage builds released

I’ve been using them the last few weeks, and it massively improves things for certain complicated build situations, provides better security in some situations, etc. I’m REALLY happy about this new feature. Having to hack around not having it was very, very confusing in some cases.

Docker recently switched to a date based versioning system. So 17.06 is the docker released in June 2017

Docker introduced a new versioning scheme when they announced Docker Community Edition and Docker Enterprise Edition

> For consistency, we are also renaming the free Docker products to Docker Community Edition (CE) and adopting a new lifecycle and time-based versioning scheme for both Docker EE and CE. Today’s Docker CE and EE 17.03 release is the first to use the new scheme.

It's the year, like Ubuntu.
