Ask HN: Do you install antivirus software on Linux Servers?

Recently for one of the HIPAA related requirements, one of the security company had a checklist item, is antivirus software installed on the server.

I generally don't install antivirus software on Linux servers. Does any of you guys install antivirus on Linux servers? Any special recommendations on installation and configuration?
