Many websites are showing used computers . Some of them tell it is refurbished.
Is there any advantages of buying a refurbished computer than used computer?
Refurbished is also a used computer but the difference is that it has been restored to its original condition. Means Proper testing has been done, remove or replace any faulty components, and testing done to ensure it is working fine properly and it will be more reliable.
You can find used computers in India with the following seller http://www.netgencomputers.in/used-desktop-computers
Found this information from advantages-of-buying-refurbished-computers/
It was used as an exposition device in a store, so it's "new" but with some wear of being turned on all day, etc. When is removed from display it is checked and if everything works fine it is put on sale.
Or it's a returned device that had some faulty component that has been replaced.
The advantages compared with an used device is that refubrished are more or less "new" and have warranty.
If you buy these you have much better warranty, and much better guarantee it works. But you'll pay more than random 3rd party used.
