I'm from Boston and I've heard Kleenex all my life. Tissue sounds highfalutin.

That's hilarious because to me Kleenex sounds highfalutin, and tissue sounds normal.

And I actually use Kleenex brand!

Hmm. I've heard it in Maryland and California.
