Yes, it does. That's the norm in Germany because the words (in German) for job titles (eg: software developer) imply a gender. So instead of writing the full job title in both masculine and feminine they just write it once and then put (m/f) afterwards. Obviously it doesn't need to be there when the job title is written in English, but it often is anyway.
Interesting; is there a reason it only appeared on the last line here? Was "Software Engineer- Web Frontend" the only noun-phrase that would imply a gender?
