Not 50,000 people? BitBucket does not care about your issues

Actual story: "Man who works for Company tweets snarkily, failing to realize having his company referenced twice in his profile makes people assume he speaks on behalf of his company, damaging the company's reputation for no good reason." Follow-up the next day: Company's PR department requests the man cease from tweeting for a while, or do it from an account that does not scream "I work for BitBucket and I am in charge of decisions"
It took them until last summer to make it available; I remember getting pinged quite regularly over the course of 2 years of people asking in a support thread why it still was not available.
Unfortunately, this is standard for all Atlassian products. Years ago I naively subscribed and +1ed a few "I can't believe this is not possible" style issues, occasionally I see a hopeless soul adding another "still no update?" comment.
We must remember though that BitBucket (Cloud) is not Atlassian's core product, unlike GitHub. Most of Atlassian's revenue is (probably) still the licensing of their software. Could not find any numbers on this, sadly.
It is not an excuse for Atlassian, but it is a reason.
