I support background checks. I know a woman who had a driver try to grope her when she was getting out. The ones in MA just sound ridiculous. Unlimited look back periods for some crimes. Robbery is a serious offense, but if someone has been a law abiding citizen for a decade afterwards they might actually be rehabilitated.
