So, like IntelliJ? We should port IntelliJ to Electron?

I mean we already have VSCode and Atom both running on Electron.

I had tons of memory problems on webstorm, basically romping through 4GB+, it was taxing my 16GB laptop at times. Switching to vscode has been a huge resource saver.

I have the opposite issue - PHPStorm works fine, but VS Code and Atom are completely sluggish even on simple PHP files
