Turbo Tax different prices based on browser

I heard online companies present different prices for different users (Mac/PC, iOS/Android, etc.)

Turbo Tax Online Self-Employeed Mac/Chrome $114.99 Mac/Safari $134.99

Same computer, same IP, etc.. Do they think people that use Safari are less computer literate?
