Ask HN: Did AWS Update Nvidia Drivers on Accelerated Computing Instances?

We've had a rock-solid ffmpeg/transcode configuration work flawlessly for the past five or so months. Yesterday we started getting 'Failed to initialize NVML: Driver/library version mismatch' driver errors. We tried provisioning new boxes but each had the same issue and our codebase hasn't changed for those services in quite some time.
