Instead of complaining there are many solutions:

- Let the drivers accept cash in the meantime?

- Move to another payment processor? (e.g. Stripe?)

- Accept bitcoin?

- Use some direct payment between passengers and drivers? (e.g. Venmo, bitcoin, etc.)
