I think what that comment was alluding to is the fact that basically no new Switch units seem to have been shipped since the console's release two weeks ago. So the current rate at which they are shipping product is 0.

(Obviously they are actually producing something, but it's not arriving anywhere yet, so there's no evidence of consoles being produced.)
