They've been there for three years coming June. Not sure why they would disappear now?

If it's legal to do so, you could use a YouTube video downloading platform to grab them? :)

EDIT: Didn't know about the whole legal case thing. Thanks for letting me know (and down voting me... lovely.)

I've snatched a copy of it all.

Berkeley lost a lawsuit saying their courses were not in compliance with the ADA. They're taking a lot down in response. The people over at /r/datahoarder were working on getting them archived on Archive.org, though.

Archive Team is archiving everything.

That is fantastic. I never heard of that site before! http://www.archiveteam.org/index.php?title=UC_Berkeley_Cours...

There's still quite a bit of effort to be done, help would be useful. Particularly with semi-manual downloading of material on iTunes (not all of it is on YT). See http://archiveteam.org/index.php?title=UC_Berkeley_Course_Ca... and https://www.reddit.com/r/DataHoarder/comments/5z2499/many_of...

Berkeley's statement on why they are disappearing starting 3/15: http://news.berkeley.edu/2017/03/01/course-capture/

They are going to disappear; that being said, you can find all the course material here: cs61a.org (except lectures :-()

Took the course years ago (having never programmed before) with John DeNero; phenomenal learning experience that made me fall in love with CS.

Don't take it personally. It's the information in your post that's been downvoted to signal that it's incorrect.

Yeah OK, that's fair enough. Thanks :)
