I think you should also add another table for hosting services that offer load-balancing.

I read recently that Digital Ocean added that but not sure about the others. It is one of the reason why we're still on AWS.

Yep, usually also looking for

* IPv6

* floating/elastic IPs

* API, wrapper libraries, CLI tools

For me IPv6 is irrelevant, because in it's current state it's barely working. Most big providers don't care about their routes so I would disable IPv6 anyways to prevent problems.

I agree about additional IPs and API/CLI tools though.

I know Lunanode will do load balancing, ipv6, and floating IPs, if you haven't found one to your satisfaction yet.
