Ask HN: How much time do you spend reading HN/Blogs/News/Articles?

At this point, even quickly skimming through HN's top stories takes me about an hour. Then I also read regular news and some other blogs that don't appear here very often. Sometimes I spend a couple of hours each day just reading.

This is of course very interesting and I learn a lot, but is it really useful? How much time do you spend on this? Is it time well invested?
