Ask HN: Wes Clark stories

Tossing this one into the ether in case it works:

I'm Wes Clark's grandson (see: https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=11183970 if you're not sure who he is). It's now a year since his death and his nearest and dearest are gathering on the anniversary. Given the great outpouring of feeling from last year, it strikes me that there might be something from this community I can deliver to his (and my) family. If there's something we might not know, if there's a memory you would appreciate being repeated, post here and I'll relay it tomorrow -- anything is more than welcome. All thanks from me and mine.
