The article consists of sarcastic remarks every |(random() % 3) + 2| sentences of the original letter. "So sad"

The main thing I get from the letter is: FB is going to try to address the issue of filter bubbles, because they make people dumb.

I thought FB would never do that, because breaking down the bubbles will have an impact on the retention and daily usage, and thus the revenue. In other words, Zuckerberg is ready to be less rich so that people are less dumb. That's pretty cool.

It gives me faith in humanity that someone called this out.

this reminds me of high school when "the matrix" was all the rage. The pseudo philosophical nonsense even bled into university.

This is like a crack dealer telling you he puts part of his profits towards food for the poor.

Not strictly a bad thing, but it raises a lot of questions of if they couldn't, ya know, stop selling crack if they want to make the world better.
