Ask HN: Resources (forums, sites, etc.) for technical writers?

Hi, HNers who write technical content:

Can you recommend any good forums and sites with information for technical writers on improving their skills, chatting with fellow writers, etc?

This is for people who write ebooks or books, manuals, references, tutorials and similar documents.

Thanks in advance
