I'm having a lot of issues with Xubuntu 16.04 to the point where I consider moving to another distro.

* Chromium tends to be unresponsive after waking up from hibernation.

* VLC tends to hang and freeze.

That's not the stability and simplicity that I originally moved to Xubuntu for.
