Is this something estate agents do a lot? I'm asking because I'm working on an open source project for estate agents and am interested in understanding what they do better.

Most real estate agents just canvas and keep simple lists of buyers.

Email me chesedco@gmail.com and i can go into more detail. I am in the middle of the market research stage in trying to how i can disrupt the industry and if it is even possible.
