Ask HN: Tools for software planning and tracking

I work for a news organization so I'm constantly building short/mid term applications and visualizations.

Next year I'd like to improve my productivity making more precise estimations and tracking the projects.

I'm currently using a combination of trello and asana. I'd like a tool to see the big picture(like the gantt diagram) then zoom in and see the specific tasks, managing them with a trello/asana way. It'd be nice to see both the estimated task time and the actual time.

Is there something like this?
