12 story building, but he jumped from the 4th floor and hit a balcony midway down. Still resilient, but not the full impact imagined.

It looks like those details were omitted from the Bloomberg article.

Yes, the Seattle PI article said that he fell 20 feet (2 stories) into a balcony after jumping from the 12 story building.

The building is 12 stories, he didn't jump from the top though. There is a outdoor patio on the 4th story.

I've survived a 4 story building fall when i was 3. Came out with no scratches or broken bones.

You actually knew that you survived the fall at age 3 or someone much older told you the story of how you survived a 4-storey fall when you were much older?
