Does anyone know of a good and concise summary of the main points of Stoicism?

You could just try reading Aurelius' Meditations. It's quite a short book. There is an English translation at http://www.gutenberg.org/ebooks/2680.
Not sure if it will change your life but it certainly brings some things into focus.
but the Gutenberg translation is trash. I much prefer the George Long translation, available for free here: https://en.wikisource.org/wiki/The_Thoughts_of_the_Emperor_M...
I'm also pretty sure Meditations is available free on the Kindle store.
Unfortunately, the Gutenberg version is mangled in places. Ctrl-F for the "~" character, or check out this example:

And "Stoicism and the Art of Happiness" by Donald Robertson is great book.
