I understand the frustration of journalists from news organisations completely. They are held to a high standard, having to fact check every detail and get hell for being wrong (which naturally occurs). Along come people who simply invent facts, and nobody seems to care. And: putting everything into the perspective of a big media conspiracy doesn't help the public discourse at all.
