Ask HN: Privacy under the Trump Administration

Do people on HN think there are privacy concerns the tech community should consider which are particular to the Trump adminstration? Specifically thinking of NSA collecting data on American citizens (inadvertently or not), secret subpoenas as we have seen beginning in the Bush administration and continuing in the Obama administration, police databases of license plates, the Patriot act, etc.
