That seems a bit petty. I can understand not feeling plused about replumbing EPA web infrastructure if the agency has been executively neutered, but it doesn't make the work, benefit to citizens, or cost savings any less important.

And honestly, with a President who seems (perhaps overly) inclined to break things, there may be new opportunities for dragging aging digital infrastructure into the modern era.
