So they found effectively nothing, which is all they'll find here.

Or nobody was willing to commit political suicide and bring her to justice.

I'm sure there are thousands of republicans chomping at the bit to do just that...

These are independent events. Investigating for a year, handing out a bunch of immunity agreements and finding yourself out of people to prosecute says nothing about the new evidence at hand.

In what way is what I said presumptive?
