Ask HN: What if there were a service to find companies to partner-with or hire?

Kind of like a freelance market place (Less the ugly side: Undercutting, Poor Service, etc.). But you hire or partner-with other companies with proven legitimacy (Assume the service takes care of the confirmation.).

The service would keep breathing by charging a small amount per each (project / partnership opportunity) posted.

The reason to hire or partner with a company instead of a single freelancer would be the high amount of confidence and legal responsibility. The service would, if there is demand, would provide with services such as NDA and Contract signing. The service itself though, would not be responsible for actions of each partnering party, and would only act as a match-maker.

If you are a company (Start-up, or otherwise.) owner or a C-leveler, would you consider using such a service?

I have an idea to build a small platform. But if there's anyone else who likes the idea, and can build it, please go ahead as I am lazy.
