  Apple contacted me and told me they found evidence of App Store 
  review manipulation. This is something I’ve never done.

  Apple’s decision is final and can’t be appealed.

So all it takes to destroy someone's iOS app business is to hire a shady marketer to shill for them?

That's infuriating - is there some way we can contact the app review team to complain about their "final" decision?
