Karabiner-Elements works great for me. Some work to set everything up again though, ant it only does simple key reassignments for now.

Seamlessly using cloud storage for rarely-used files is pretty great.

For photos, it even recompresses the local files when space gets low and restores higher qualities from the cloud when you have more space.

I'd never upgrade Mac OS versions if not for the fact Apple's developer tools require it.

As for Safari 10.0 not working on all but the last version OS versions, thankfully there's a choice - Chrome and Firefox.

Xcode 8 runs fine in El Capitan in my rMBP, and Safari 10 will be released for El Capitan (and earlier, just not sure how far) at a later date, from what I understand. The Technology Preview is the way to go for those who want the latest Safari features anyway.

Safari 10 for El Capitan was released yesterday as well.

Safari 10 showed up in my downloads list for my El Capitan system this morning.
