Nimbula, yes. It's so very bad. Oracle's IaaS cloud is a Potemkin village.

The naming was always confusing because both companies were based within a mile of each other, never mind the product overlap.
Basically, this is a new product from a new team comprised of a bunch of ex-Amazon engineers in Seattle, among others.

This will work well for them.
