Ask HN: What is this job role worth?

I'm having a friendly discussion with a cofounder about starting to work full-time on our venture. We have been half-assing it for 3 years and gotten to $100K in revenue with a guarantee of $200K for the next 12 months.

What would you pay a person for this role? No equity as we brilliantly vested it all already.

The role would basically to work full time on improving our product while also growing the business.
