Just a suggestion: Consider PC-BSD alongside FreeBSD in your evaluations.

When you install Windows 10 there are several pages of checkboxes where you can disable this telemetry. Of course we can never be sure that it is actually disabled.

If you are trying to escape telemetry Linux or FreeBSD make sense, but not Android. Between the Android OS and the apps, Android collects much more data on you than Windows 10.

That doesn't seem related to the WSL at all.
