says nothing about those being working mothers.

And also because she had a creche built at Yahoo for just her own kids...

It should have been a policy to do it for everyone...

Caring for a child in the early years is a full time job - not something you can do in the downtime between remote working.

There is no actual conflict in her statements unless a mother both needs to work and needs to stay at home, and consider that to be possible.

I have multiple friends who balanced full time remote work with raising their children and would disagree with that statement.

Nope. Just means those kinds of mothers shouldn't try to work at Yahoo.
