It is unfortunate to observe the degree to which the HN community has degraded.

Tinnitus is absolutely very real and can be extremely debilitating with a significant effect on quality of life, or worse.

Please don't go from one comment to "the HN community has degraded".

My apologies. It's a long term observation, I've been a lurker for the better part of 6-7 years or so.

People have been saying that HN is getting worse for at least that long. It's a special case of things-are-always-getting-worse.
