Well, not sure if there's other options, I've seen some that offer 25Gb for something around $130/month but that was a while ago and I don't know if they're available in your region.
As for the 1.5mbps, if that is really dedicated to you and only you then it "can" be faster than your current DSL. The question remains if it warrants the price difference for the marginal difference it might bring.
