It's one thing to shit over the workers Kraft, but to shit over the product is another (They changed the recipes, sizes, and generally turned the best chocolate in the world into shitty American chocolate (no offense to Americans)).
The "best" chocolate for some values of "best", i.e. "the one I remember growing up in UK". Across Europe, Cadbury is widely considered barely edible. Pre-Kraft Cadbury were also instrumental in watering down EU regulations on the minimum amount of cocoa in chocolate products.
I've lived in the UK my whole life and I think you've got rose-tinted spectacles. Cadbury chocolate has always been terrible.
This may be true but it has gotten worse over recent years.
If you had traveled, your opinion would hold more water.
I've been all over the world. I still think Cadbury's chocolate is shit.
I was pointing out why your previous comment was not being taken seriously, it was not a challenge.
It's odd though - Dairy Milk Fruit and Nut still tastes great to me. Other new products they released (marshmellows covered in chocolate?) taste of nothing - they're just sweet like any Quality Street.
Milk Tray - now that is the blandest chocolate I have ever tasted. So I don't know how much they have changed things.
The rocky road chocolate (marshmallows covered in chocolate) is not made by Cadbury. Look at the small print on the back of the packet and you'll see that it is made under licence for Cadbury (Mondelez).
Mondelez is Kraft. So it's white-labeled Kraft product :)
They don't care what you say or do. They've got a nearly monopoly share on supermarket and newsagent shelves.
At least sales of Creme Eggs took a hit after their adulteration. Isn't Cadbury owned by Mendelez now?
