Ask HN: Has anyone ever met a Magic Leap engineer?

I'm just curious. I've seen them at a few different industry events now and they only seem to have sales/marketing people available to speak with. It seems like their reviews on Glassdoor are pretty rough as well, does anyone have any insight into what's going on there from an engineering perspective?
