They are saying that more indian developers doing android development will lead to more indian malware apps.

Are you saying malware apps are created inadvertently? If anything this would lead to more complex malware apps.

I honestly feel like you can say that about any group of developers in the world. There's bound to be 1 bad actor in every group. That's just security.
