Ask HN: Are you happy with the existing products for your user community?

What product do you use to build a community around your business? Facebook page? Facebook messenger? Twitter? Wordpress? Subreddit? Yelp? Some place for your users to interact with you and each other?

Are you happy with the solution? Is there a need for a better solution? What will it look like? How much will you be willing to pay for a solution similar to facebook page but where you have the control over your community?
