How To Crack A Master Lock Combination

Seems like a spam blog or moral equivalent. Original quoted here:

(Actually, original from here, but now 404: http://www.people.fas.harvard.edu/~hillson/master_lock.html )

Submitter user seems dodgy too: young account, only submitting stories from makeahistory, and they all seem to be aggregated from elsewhere.
