Someone pointed me to NoMoRobo, which is a free service that intercepts landline calls and screens them. You configure your phone to forward calls to it, and it hangs up the phone on robocalls.

It works pretty great. You get a single first ring, which I thought would be annoying, but every time I get a single ring and then nothing I actually feel a sense of elation.
