Nope. Related to point 4 of the article: it is about perception. Get over the perception that for whatever reason "you represent the whole" and it becomes a non-issue. If she makes a mistake, it is because she was tired/hung over/didn't fully think out the edge cases/stereotypical programmer mistake. Not because she is a woman.
