I met a guy I studied with recently, he found my blog and invited me to dine together. It turns out he managed a team of remote workers, and he ranted how those office buildings where you catch infectious diseases are a thing of the past (he also freaked out when I sneezed.) However he also wanted to meet various people from our joint past, like he just met me, which was kinda weird given that we were never best buds or anything, and I think this ought to have to do with a shortage of time spent in office buildings where you catch infectious diseases.

Personally... I'm not smug about this at all, I'm the opposite of smug; because the stuff I'm doing in my spare time of which I now have more does not involve such an office building and I really wonder whether a void will form there.
