I found the sources to rustup's setup tool but not rustup itself which gets installed by rustup-init. Can you provide a link to the right repository?

The setup tool and the tool itself are the same binary. The rustup install is basically copying rustup-init.exe to `~/.cargo/bin/rustup.exe`.
