If anyone else had done what she did they would be fired at least; indeed many individuals have been fired or worse for infractions much less egregious than hers.

It's like when a celebrity or athlete gets a pass in court, which we regular individuals know we'd never get away with. It just so happens that she's running for president, and half the country has to take her side while the other screams bloody murder.
