I don't think you would have a problem getting people to want to hire you without a degree. What you should really look into (and I had to do this as well, though not moving from Russia) is what countries you can easily get a visa to without a degree (even if an employer is willing to hire you). In my case I had to first get my Australian citizenship (originally Ukrainian, but Australian resident at the time) to qualify for a Working Holiday visa to Europe to make my preferred move (then looked for employment once there).
Another option might be to try to get a job at a Russian branch of an international company - sometimes working at a local office for a year or so can legally make transferring overseas within the same company easier.
