Ask HN: Why are there no standard TOS and PP like there is MIT or CC licences?

The problem is that even if you simplify or explain your legal documents like https://about.500px.com/terms/ or http://stackexchange.com/legal/privacy-policy the only thing that really matters is the small text. Why are there no standard policies that everybody would trust without reading them, like there is a MIT or CC licence?
