We are having an internal debate about the best way to write release notes. Our users are non-technical, so we do not want to go full-engineering on the release notes. On the other hand, apps like Tinder and Pinterest have release notes that are too high level or cutesy. What are some examples of good release notes for the general public? Are there any blog posts that lay out a release notes strategy?
