Ask HN: Getting into Video Game Development?

I've been a web programmer most of the time but have basic experience with C++, C# for non web stuffs (desktop, basic unity 2d etc). I always wanted to get into video game development and I think the time has arrived to move on from my current web dev job. Are you hiring or do you know anyone who is taking intern, jr video game developer in SF or Berkeley ? Any recommendation is highly appreciated. My email address is in my profile. Thank you.
